E-COMMERCE RETURN POLICY
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your website purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other additional charges.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
* The item is in its original packaging
The item is in brand new original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the hang tags intact
* You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that custom or personalized orders, gift cards, exchanged items, free items and sale items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or offer you store credit if you prefer. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Taftac at its sole discretion reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or require cleaning or ironing. In addition, Taftac reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged.
Shipping & Customs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for customs clearance.

CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGN RETURN POLICY
It is important to note that the items received by our crowdfunding campaign backers are referred to as “rewards” rather than purchases in the traditional sense. These rewards, such as DarkHeat Jacket, are given to our supporters as a token of appreciation for their support of our business. Taftac Inc operates on a crowdfunded business model, which relies on the support of its backers in order to run and grow.
As a corporation that has relied solely on crowdfunding efforts, Taftac has never sought out external investment from equity investors. Instead, the company has utilized Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns to raise the necessary capital for operation and expansion. It is our belief that our Kickstarter supporters should be viewed as unofficial investors and co-designers of future products.
When conducting a crowdfunding campaign, it is not only our objective to raise the necessary funds for mass production of products and generate awareness through marketing efforts but also to develop knowledge and feedback for new products and designs. In return for their support, backers are offered exclusive prices and discounts, early access to products, exclusive access to several add-ons, and are given the opportunity to contribute to the product development process through surveys and feedback. This allows for a level of collaboration between Taftac and its backers, resulting in a product roadmap that is influenced by the demands and suggestions of our backers.
We value and appreciate the support of our backers and the company’s efforts would not be possible without their contributions. It is our hope that this level of collaboration and community involvement will continue to drive the success of Taftac in the future.
Pursuant to the terms of our refund and exchange policy we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on items received as Kickstarter or Indiegogo rewards.
We appreciate your understanding of our policy and the support you have given us.
If you find that your reward has no value to you, there are a few options that you may consider in the spirit of crowdfunding:
1. You may give your reward to a friend who may find value in it.
2. You may sell your reward to someone else, potentially recuperating the value or even earning more.
3. You may give your reward another chance, as our apparel is designed for use in a variety of scenarios.

We understand that backers may have different expectations and may be disappointed if their rewards do not arrive as expected. However, we want to be transparent about our refund policy so that backers understand what to expect.
While shipping delays can be a frustrating experience for backers of a crowdfunding campaign, they do not constitute a valid reason for a refund. Here are a few reasons why:
1. Shipping delays can be caused by a variety of factors that are outside of the control of the campaign creator. This could include issues with the manufacturer, transportation logistics, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Crowdfunding campaigns often involve complex supply chains and production schedules, which can be disrupted by unexpected events. This means that even if the campaign creator had the best intentions, they may still experience delays in getting the product to the backer.
3. Finally, it’s important to remember that preorders and crowdfunding campaigns are used to fund the development and production of new products. This means that backers are essentially supporting the creation of something that does not yet exist. As such, it is reasonable to expect some level of uncertainty and potential delays in the delivery process.
This means that backers should be aware of the potential for delays before they decide to contribute to the campaign. If a backer is unhappy with the campaign, they may cancel their pledge while the campaign is still live.
