How long before I receive a new purchase?

Our shipping team knows exactly how eager you are to use your new TAFTAC goods so they will do everything possible to process and package your order within  48 hours.

Orders within the European Union usually take 6 to 8 business days. Outside the European Union, the expected delivery time is between 8 to 10 business days. 

Delivery estimates are based on working days only. For example, if a purchase is made on Friday night, then the order will be packaged on the following Monday at the earliest.  

Please keep in mind that the shipping timeline applies only to orders. For pre-orders the shipping timeline can be substantially longer as the goods are crafted especially for you after you place a pre-order. Please keep this in mind as pre-orders can only be canceled in the first 48 hours after placing the pre-order. After this the pre-order is placed into production and shipping delays won't constitute a reason for cancelation.

How secure is the purchasing process?

You can rest assured that we never share your information to any third party. Your details are only used to contact you about matters concerning your order or for other reasons regarding TAFTAC.

On the TAFTAC Online Store, every purchase is made with maximum security as a result of the most advanced encryption services (SSL) which ensures that all data transmitted between the web server and browser remains encrypted. We use protected connections, as demonstrated by the ”https” URL prefix that appears in the browser’s address bar.

To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, in some situations they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

Can Customs Fees be applied to orders?

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customers. These fees may be applicable if your country of delivery has decided to apply import fees. TAFTAC has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Delivery to the US

As a reference, the US generally does not apply import fees for personal use purchases when the goods have a value that is under 800 USD. Please keep in mind that this is only as a reference, and we advise you to check the up-to-date information on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website.
